Rafael “Ralph” Carrillo was born and raised in Stockton, California. He received his degree from the California State University, Stanislaus. Shortly after graduation, Rafael became the managing attorney at Miller Law Corporation, a personal injury practice he worked at since 2006, where he gained a vast knowledge of personal injury practice. Shortly thereafter, he hired his classmate and friend, Brian Davalos, to work with him. It was while working together that the idea for Carrillo Davalos, APLC was born. Ralph brings his experience and knowledge with him to Carrillo Davalos.

Ralph is passionate about personal injury and has settled over 2,000 cases for injured persons in the Stockton, California community. He is equally passionate about immigration. As the son of Mexican immigrants, Ralph has strong ties to the Latino community. As a lawyer, he hopes to be able to educate and help immigrants in any legal matter that may arise. Ralph wanted to found a law firm in his hometown for many reasons, but the main driving cause was a desire to provide legal access to a larger, generally ignored part of the community. His desire is to ensure that Carrillo Davalos lives up to its slogan and provides “Lawyers for Everyone.”
